All Bosses are quality checked with calibrated thread gauges while machining and again before entering inventory. We do not replace weld bungs after they have been welded or appear to have been used.

High quality, affordable price

Perfect for my needs, I use these for various tasks, but mainly for mounting aluminum tubular bracing. Welding these in the ends of the tube allows the installation of heims which can then be bolted to other tubes utilizing the same weld in bosses or bolt into steel chassis or frames.
